What is a maintenance cleaning?

Maintenance office or commercial cleaning is the regular scheduled cleanings that occur to help keep the property at a peak level of cleanliness.

In other words, the nature of it isn't about urgently cleaning a space that's been neglected for a while. Maintenance cleanings usually occur on a weekly basis, and can be as frequent as several check-ins per day, to one cleaning per day to just a couple times per week.

Next, let us know which days and times you'd like our team to clean. Most clients prefer we arrive after hours in the evening, but we can conduct cleanings during the day if needed.

Provide Access as needed

If you need our team to clean after hours, we'll have you provide us with any keys or alarm codes for accessing the property. When our team is done, we will make sure everything is secured before leaving.
